Aim: The current study was purposed to examine the association between NLR and control of glucose in patients with T2DM. We also aimed reveal correlations microalbuminuria, Mean Platelet Volume (MPV), Red Blood Cell Distribution (RDW), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c). Materials Methods: It a retrospective arranged Ege University, Endocrinology Department. collected fields 198 having type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), they were categorized into two groups, controlled T2DM (Hba1c≤7%) (n=82) uncontrolled (Hba1c>7%) (n=116). Results: There no statistically significant differences NLR, RDW MPV groups (p=0.123, p=0.298, p=0.595 respectively). Duration 5 years below after important (p=0.002). found higher than T2DM, but not significant. Receiver operating characteristic curve RDW, MPV, WBC (p>0.05). Conclusion: Our revealed that duration may predict evaluated relationship Hba1c, microalbuminuria levels together According levels, we did detect any
